SOLD SOLD Offering a fine old 300 Savage takedown model 99, I'd set it up a good number of years back with a 2,5 power 1" Weaver old school scope on 1" Stith mounts, these no drill mounts you don't find everyday, this rifle has a 24" barrel with perfect blue and rifling , checkered dark walnut stock is crack and scratch free. About the nicest old Savage I've seen, plenty of case color left on lever, tight as a drum, counter works as does takedown with matching numbers.shoots dead on at 100 yards. This ammo is easily had and will whack about anything this country has to offer. Years ago I hand loaded a 130 grain load for my father in law and he got pretty popular whacking coyotes ahead of the hounds.
