This is an excellent condition pistol sized, 4"X1 3/4", Panel style flask with a fully functioning common top with screw off charger, excellent patina, no splits and 2 hangers. Although not marked this flask is attributed to the Capewell Co. as seen in Ray Rilings "The Powder Flask Book" on page 304 #447.
