Description:
William Powell 20 gauge boxlock extractor made in 1916. High level of workmanship with internals polished to mirror finish, see last photos. Well figured wood with great shooting dimensions. Barrels are 28" with right bore measuring .619 and 13/1000 choke (Tight IC) and left is .616 with 16/1000 (Loose Mod). Chambers measure 2 3/4". Mirror bores that I would rate at 8.5 on a ten scale. Nitro proof. Double underbite with rib extension third fastener. "Y" channel top tang. Auto safety. Checkering is sharp. Tight on face / no loose ribs / no cracks to wood. Fully functional with excellent trigger pulls. Weight of the gun is 5 LBS 7 7/8 OZ. LOP is 14 1/4". Drop at comb - 1 3/8". Drop at heel - 1 15/16". Silvers recoil pad. Shipping is $75.
