Description:
This right-hand bolt action rifle is Ruger Gunsite Scout chambered in .308 Winchester. It features a forward-mounted Picatinny rail, a built-in, accurate sighting system with adjustable ghost ring rear aperture sight, a non-glare, protected blade front sight, a detachable box magazine with push-forward magazine release, a soft-rubber buttpad, a free-floating, cold hammer-forged barrel, and a rugged and reliable glass-reinforced nylon trigger guard and magazine well. It has a non-rotating, Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor which is among the most positive case extraction system ever invented, with a fixed blade-type ejector that positively ejects the empty cases as the bolt is moved fully rearward. The stock is durable, laminated wood that free floats the barrel and remains stable in weather and temperature extremes. Also includes a rugged, one-piece, stainless steel bolt, a three-position safety, and sling swivel studs. The bluing is in excellent condition with negligible noticeable wear. The wood is in great condition with only a couple of minor noticeable marks on the left side by the receiver. It comes with a single Ruger 10-round magazine. .308 Winchester
