Winchester pre 64 model 70 featherweight in 270 Win. Built in 1959,thie rifle has the aluminum buttplate. The rifle is in outstanding all original condition. It retains 99% of the original blue and 98/5 of the original wood finish. The 22" barrel has a mint bore and retains the original front shight hood. The stock is above average with some figure in the wood typlical of the early featherweights. The bolt is correctly numbered to the rifle. The receiver has scope bases installed. The rifle has been fired very little. A classic Winchester for hunter or collector. Very hard to find in this condition, C&R eligible. Price includes shipping to your FFL.
