1942 Inland Division 1st Block production Inland M1 Carbine. Correct and matching Carbine wearing all the early components with markings I've inspected. Early Inland stock with large crossed cannon cartouche faint on Rt. Side stock, circle P on pistol grip, flaming bomb on sling cutout, "OI" stamp on inner hand guard, early Inland oiler, khaki C-tip sling with narrow buckle, early I-cut stock with high wood, milled I-A front sight marked "N", type 1 barrel band with 3 weld scars, early narrow swivel marked "UI", Inland barrel marked "11-42" with small "p" 6.5 inch's back of muzzel, type 1 rear flip sight marked "S", 2 rivet deep groove hand guard, flat bolt, early slotted hammer marked "HI", slide well marked "PI", early trigger housing pin with spring, magazine marked "U". Overall a very correct first block Inland Division M1 Carbine in great shooting condition for your US Miltary collection.
