1977 West German Sig P220 Euro Style mag release (HAWES IMPORT). Before the Sig/Browning BDA was offered...the Original Sig P220 45acp as well as 9mm were imported by Hawes Firearms of Los Angeles, Calif. Highly sought and seldom seen, this Sig p220 45acp with 2 mags is in excellent++ condition inside and out with all matching serial numbers including the box , functions as it should. In the gun world, you hear things, and one of the countless pieces of gun show, firing range and gun store gossip is that West German Sig Sauer "P" series pistols are better...plus stamped "WEST GERMANY" (that no longer exist) is cool to my way of thinking. The historical significance is enough to command higher prices.
