Ruger M77 Mark II Varmint bolt action rifle chambered in .22 PPC. This rifle comes with a 26-inch barrel with a bright bore. It has a highly reliable Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor, a 3-position safety, and a cold hammer-forged barrel. It has integral scope mounts, machined directly on the solid-steel receiver. It has a laminated stock and rubber recoil pad. Built in 1993. The .22 PPC is a centerfire rifle cartridge developed as a benchrest cartridge based on a necked-down version of the 7.62×39mm Soviet military cartridge. It develops ballistics superior to some larger, longer cartridges and a 52-grain bullet can be pushed out of the muzzle at over 3,500 feet per second. None
