Description:
This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .22 Short ammunition manufactured by Remington UMC. The one piece, thumb cut, slide out tray gray and red box has "11-S" code and with "Successor To" under the logo and was manufactured in the early 1920's (1920-26) and features a side graphic of a Remington Slide Action 22 rifle. The box is now solid with professional repairs to both flaps showing very good to excellent color and graphics with slight edge and corner wear and the start of seam separation on the upper right. Identified as Rem-5 S-4B in Roger Huegel's online .22 Rim Fire Box ID Reference.;
