This is an original and very early Civil War Colt's Patent Brass Bullet Mold in .31 caliber for a Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver in untouched condition. The mold is marked "Colt's Patent" marked on the front top. The brass has some nicks from being well used. The inside of the mold including the cavities are fine in condition.
