It has a fixed semicircle front blade front sight, a rounded square notch fixed rear sight, a grip safety, a Tansley magazine disconnect safety, a rear sixteen serration slide, and a left side thumb safety lever. The bluing is in generally good condition with some loss on the sharp edges, and with some freckling in a couple of places to the slide, and with some minor scratches to the slide and to the back strap. The diamond checkered wood grips are in generally good condition, showing only minimal handling wear, but there are no observable scratches, chips or cracks. The bore is very bright and shiny with no observable rust or pitting and with excellent rifling intact. The Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless is a semi-automatic pistol designed by John Browning and built by Colt's PT. F.A. MFG Co. of Hartford, Connecticut. Despite the title "hammerless", the Model 1903 does have a hammer. The hammer is covered and hidden from view under the rear of the slide, this allows the pistol to be carried in and withdrawn from a pocket quickly and smoothly without snagging. .32 ACP SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes Chambers: Semi-auto Metal Condition: "Bluing is in generally good condition with some loss on the sharp edges, and with some freckling in a couple of places to the slide, and with some minor scratches to the slide and to the back strap Wood Condition: "Checkered wood grips are in generally good condition, showing only minimal handling wear, but there are no observable scratches, chips, or cracks Bore Condition: Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling intact Barrels: 3¾ inch barrel Triggers: Smooth trigger Stock Dimensions: Overall length 6⅞ inches Butt Pad: Colt emblem diamond checkered wood grips Weight: 1 lb 8 oz Sights: "Fixed semicircle round front blade sight, rounded square notch fixed rear sight Item Location: Wichita, KS |
