CZ VZ38 .380 ACP Pistol. S/N: 259234. 4 3/4" barrel with bright bore and very good rifling. Mfg: 1939.
"The CZ vz.38 pistol was developed by the CZ factory as a replacement for Czechoslovakia’s vz.24 pistols. It was formally accepted by the Czech Army in June of 1938, and 41,000 were ordered from the factory. Tooling and production setup took close to a year, and the German military occupied the country just 4 days after testing of the first pre-production batch of pistols. However, the German authorities decided that CZ should complete to pistol production anyway, and took possession of the guns themselves for use by the Wehrmacht, Reich Labor Service, Luftwaffe, and other services at the Pistole 39(t).
The initial order of 41,000 was completed by the end of 1939 with serial numbers from 250,000 through 291,000 and accepted by the Czech military on behalf of the Germans – so these pistols will not have waffenamt marks."

Layaway Terms: We offer layaway on most items for a 90-day period. The terms require a minimum down payment of 15% at the time of set up with no required payment plan for the remaining balance. Remaining payments are at the buyer’s discretion, but the full payment amount must be completed by the 90th day. If the buyer chooses to cancel a layaway, the buyer will incur a $50 restocking fee.
California Sales
We are enrolled in the California CFLC system and will ship qualifying firearms to any eligible FFL in California. Due to the additional steps we must complete on California sales we charge an additional $50 S/H fee. If you wish to have a firearm shipped to California please contact us and we will email you an interactive invoice where you can submit your payment including the additional fee.
Alaska and Hawaii Sales
Please carefully look at each and every photo to ensure the condition of the item(s) in question. We do our best to take accurate photos that not only show off the quality of our items, but to also point out any marks or flaws.

Long Guns cost: $25 if firearm has box/ $35.00 if we need to provide box for for Shipping
Handguns cost $35 for Shipping 2nd Day Priority Mail
Ammunition and Parts Costs vary, please inquire for estimated shipping costs based on destination, package weight and size.

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment and FFL. But please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Cancellations – Firearm(s) cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value.
3-day Inspection/ Return Policy
The 3-day inspection period Is for defects and to make sure the gun received is the gun ordered. If there is a manufacturing defect with the firearm, please notify us immediately so that we can do our best to remedy the issue in a timely manner. After a gun has been transferred to the customer, all issues must be handled through the manufacturer.
