Description:
Mannlicher Schonauer 1903 6.5x54 Serial number 4407. No steyr proof marks. Rifle was sent to England un proofed to be finnished there. 22 inch barrel, two leaf express sight for 100 and 300 yard plus pop up tang sight. Front sight is typical english style set back for muzzle farther than those made at steyr. Trap under pistol grip cap space for an extra front sight. Take down style stock. Blue is very good except mid way down barrle where it appears to been carried while over ones sholder while being used in Africa or Scotland. Bore is near perfect whith stock showing normal carful use. Will come with load data resulting in .75 inch groups at 100 yd. Please call with any questions.
