This is a beautiful example of quality British gunmaking.
Built in 1990 the colour case hardened sidelock ejector is wonderful in the hands, at a smidgeon under 6lbs it feels great.
the discreet cocking indicators are almost hidden in the deep dark colour of the sidelocks.
It has been made with an extra set of barrels so you have one set for up close and the other set for those higher birds.
It comes in an original fine leather Purdey travel case with canvas cover.
In the case is the Purdey pewter oil canister and little silver coloured container with new firing pins.
A truely fine example of quality gunmaking.
