Description:
Just in on an estate purchase is this 1906 Winchester Model 1897. Outer metal mostly a brown patina, buttplate missing, stock has a piece missing (see photo), one screw missing on mag tube, and other than that an original gun that has not been messed with. Lots of possibilities for someone to restore and an honest gun. Would make a Cowboy Action Shooter's dream gun. Priced fairly so will not last long.
