Description:
This 1980 K Frame stainless steel double action revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 66-1 Combat Magnum chambered in .357 Magnum. It has a serrated ramped front sight with Hi-Viz orange insert, a micrometer click adjustable square notch rear sight, a shrouded ejector rod, a 2½ inch pinned barrel, and a six-round fluted and counterbored cylinder. The grips are two-piece checkered Magna wood with S&W medallions. The left side of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON". The right side of the barrel is marked "S.&W. 357 MAGNUM". The crane cut is marked with the model number. The sideplate has the large S&W monogram logo. The right side of the frame, below the cylinder, is marked with the four-line MARCAS REGISTRADAS address. The butt is marked with the serial number 82K2001. The stainless steel finish is in very good condition, showing only very minimal handling wear. Likewise, the wood stocks are in very good condition, the checkering is crisp, showing very minimal handling wear. The bore is bright and shiny with crisp rifling. It comes with a blue S&W box, tools, and paperwork (box and paperwork is for a Model 67 not original to this revolver). .357 Magnum
