Savage model 99R in 250-3000 Savage. Built in 1952,this rifle is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting. The rifle is in excellent all original condition retaining 99%
of the original blue and wood finish. The bore is mint with sharp rifling.The lever retains 99% of the case colors. This rifle has the lever safety and the old style cartridge counter. It has a Burris Scope Chief 3x9 scope with an unusual reticle that has both standard crosshairs and a pop up European post. Included with the rifle is 41/2 boxes of factory 100 grain ammuntion. 3 boxes are Remington coreloc and 11/2 are Winchester. A classic rifle in great condition set up and ready for the hunt.
