Description:
Introduced as the Remington Autoloading Rifle in 1905, though the name was changed to the Remington Model 8 in 1911, is a semi-auto rifle with a capacity of 5 rounds. Chambered in .30 Remington which started out as a way to compete with the 30-30 Win cartridge but did not last, as production ceased in the 1980s, now it is mostly hand loaders who use the cartridge. This rifle was very well-used as someone carved their initials into the left side of the stock as well as put notches into the right side of the stock. The rifle comes with a rear tang sight instead of the buckhorn sights, the rifling is sharp, and the bore is clean. .30 Remington
