The Smith & Wesson 22-4 is a large frame double-action six-shot revolver that fires .45 ACP. And features a smoother trigger squeeze than the earlier editions. The checkered walnut grips feature Smith & Wesson medallions. A lanyard loop is located beneath the grip on the butt. This is one of the more sought-after .45 revolvers for some time. .45 ACP
