Description:
This right-hand Mauser style bolt action rifle is a Weatherby Vanguard chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum. It has a receiver mounted thumb safety lever, a curved grooved trigger, a Monte Carlo cheek rest stock, a hinged floor plate, a Rosewood tipped, diamond checkered fore arm, a diamond checkered pistol grip stock with a thick black rubber butt pad with black spacer, and a swept back, textured ring bolt handle. The bluing is in excellent condition with some slight thinning at the muzzle, and with some loss on the floor plate and trigger guard. The high gloss wood finish is in very good condition with a few light handling marks, but with no chips, cracks or scratches noticeable. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling intact. .300 Weatherby Magnum
