Description:
A vintage shotgun made in Liege Belgium, 16 ga, 70 mm (2-3/4”) chamber, from my personal collection. Prince of Wales grip, boxlock with smooth tight lockup. Greener crossbolt with side clips, ejectors, double triggers, splinter forearm, engraved fences, sling swivels, serial number on frame, barrel and forearm, weight 6 pounds. Barrels 27-1/2”, bores bright and shiny, chokes light modified and modified as close as I can measure with a flat blade choke gauge, bluing on barrels has some light handling marks and a very slight wear on sides of breech, trigger guard has several small blemishes as seen in the photos. Wood very good condition no chips or cracks, fine line checkering that is sharp and clean; LOP 14-1/2”, drop at comb 1-3/4”, and drop at heel 2-1/4”, cast off 1/2” (approximate tape measurements). This shotgun originally had a rear sight which was removed and is included. I would rate overall condition at 98%.
