Made in North Haven following the Remington acquisition, serial MR24042B has an 18.5-inch heavy barrel (.795-inch muzzle diameter, full-length magazine tube, XS blade front sight with white highlight, folding rear sight). Features include a polished blue finish, drilled/tapped receiver, XS receiver sight fixture (missing aperture), crossbolt safety, big loop lever and a laminated stock (gray/black, wrap checkering, grip cap, sling swivel studs and a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 7.4 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore remains in new condition. Finishes are over 99 percent with but trace suggestions of handling. No box or papers. The price is firm and layaway is available. $1,750 plus shipping.
