Description:
*** PRICE REDUCED *** This M 1894 Winchester Rifle has served its owners well for over 127 years and but was starting to show its age and needed a careful restoration. It remained mechanically sound but outward appearance needed some help. All component parts remain original to the rifle, including walnut stock and fore end.
The barrel, magazine tube and receiver have been blued and show no evidence of previous corrosion, indicating the pre restoration condition. The fore end tip, lever, hammer and butt plate have been case hardened.
The action is smooth and tight, showing little wear. The bore has strong deep rifling but rough from corrosion, rough but shootable. This is not a Camp Perry target rifle, but a collectable so I find the bore is acceptable
Two 20 round boxes of newly manufactured .32-40 ammunition are included with the sale, and will be shipped separately, via a different carrier.

SHIPPING:
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $65.00.

Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
