This was released by Browning in 1978 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of these United States. This set includes a beautiful 1885 rifle, a Bowie knife with rosewood handle, and a silver commemerative medallion, all of which have been hand-engraved by D. Ciancaleoni and presented in a red velvet lined Western Alder presentation case. These sets are well known for their exquisite fit and finnish and exceptionally fine European Walnut stocks. There may be 1000 of these sets but there isnt one as well cared for as this. This set not only looks amazing but it is also an investment.
