Rare W.R. Pape Grip Police Nipper. A really excellent example of a rare police come alongs of the late 19th century. These Victorian c1880, handcuffs having a simple spring lock mechanism design. The pair were likely produced by Pape as a side product of their firearms business. A wonderful collectable pair being in a superb clean condition being free of any visible faults or defects. Total measurements are 5.5 x 3.6 inches Total weight 14.1 ounces. These were made of nickel plated steel. This item is stamped with manufactures name (W. R. Pape) and the number (13 B). This is a great chance to add a real piece of jail house jewelry to your collection.
