Description:
Solid first year S&W model 48. Made in 1959. This 22 mag revolver has a 6" pinned barrel. The grips are correct for the early 40's with walnut magna grips with the medallion and the diamond around the escutcheons. It does have holster wear on the barrel and sharp edges. and scratches on the bottom of the grips (see photos). Function appears correct and lock up is good. A nice, all correct, early model 48. On sale in our shop until sold here. Must ship0 to an FFL or C&R. We are a brick and mortar shop in Port Angeles, WA for 17 years. Shop hours are 10-6 tu-fri, 10-5 sat. This is a consignment.
