High gunmaker art Collath Drilling in 12 gauge/12 gauge/9.3 x 65 made in the post 1912 time period. This high condition gun has exceptional engraving of European stags, roe deer in woodland scenes with perimeter flowers and vines. Lefaucheux lever opening system - strong and reliable. Many quality features including; well figured and shaped wood, horn trigger guard with rifle activation switch that flips up the rear sight, oval to diamond shaped grip cap, horn butt plate for with a multi level distinctive banding, highly polished and jeweled internal parts, scalloped frame, monoblock barrel construction system, front set trigger and winged top tang safety. Barrels are 28" with .724 mirror bores and Full and Full chokes in the shotgun barrels. The rifle barrel has excellent condition with strong lands and groves. Shotgun chambers are 2 3/4". Tight on face / no loose ribs / no cracks to wood. Modern shootable stock dimensions. LOP - 14 5/16". Drop at comb - 1 5/16". Drop at heel - 2 5/8". Weight of the gun is 8 LBS 1 1/2 OZ.
