Description: H&K G36E Machine Gun 18.9" Barrel (5.56mm) Full Auto - Law Letter Required *LAW LETTER REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE!* Up for is an authentic H&K G36E machine gun. This machine gun is being sold by the Garfield County Sheriff's Office in Utah.  Modern Warriors is only assisting Garfield County Sheriff Office in facilitating the sale of this HK G36E.  All ATF transfer paperwork will be prepared by Modern Warriors on behalf of Garfield County Sheriff Department.  The HK G36E will be shipped directly from Garfield County Sheriff Office to the winning upon approval from ATF.  This G36E and can only be transfered to a properly licensed FFL with a Law Letter or another law enforcement agency. This G36E machine gun comes as pictured with the picatinny flat top rail, folding stock, sling and one magazine. The fire control unit has settings for Safe, Semi-Auto, Two-Round Burst, and Full-Auto. The firearm is in great condition. The polymer receiver and handguard have no serious scratches or damage, there are a few small scuffs here and there, but nothing to really detract from the overall great condition of the firearm. There is some small wear on the barrel behind the bayonet lug from the sling clip rubbing the finish. The finish on the charging handle has begun to wear with repeated handling, and there is normal wear on the bolt carrier from use. The barrel is in excellent condition, with strong rifiling.
