DESCRIPTION
This is an opportunity to own a preserved Winchester 94 in .30-.30 circa 1969 with 26\" octogonal barrel. This particular model is one of the Teddy Roosevel commemoratives. Winchester realeased a handful of exclusive commemorative models of their iconic guns and to find a preserved item this day and age is a real bit of fortune. This one here has the original box and all papers that it was packed with, including the wrapping paper and even the little chemical absorption packets. All serial numberrs mactch including on the box. The gun has reportedly been preserved and never handled. From my perspective it is in near Excellent condition, or Very Good for its age - BUT as you will see in the pictures, there are some imperfections. There is minor pitting on the blueing on the barrel, lever and receiver with the most noticable near the rear sight. Whatever factory oil that was on there has appeared to have gunked up in the crevices of the gun, and lastly I noticed a very minor imperfection on the bottom of the stock. Nevertheless for its age this gun is to be highly valued and having all the original components makes it an ideal opportunity for the collector! Put it on display Or embody the spirit of our great former Persident and blast away with one of the most iconic gun designs, the Winchester 94!
