This SPRINGFIELD ARMORY MODEL 1903 MARK I chambered in .30-06, with 24" barrel stamped SA 10-42 and manufactured by Springfield Armory. The rifle is like the U.S. Model 1903 Springfield, except altered for the Pedersen device, a slot is milled into the left side of receiver to act as an ejection port for use of the semi-auto bolt insert. Serial Number 1157445. Rifle bore is clean and shiny with good rifling. Stocks have some scratches, dings, and dents appropriate for its age. .30-06 Springfield
