Description:
PRICE REDUCED FROM $2750 TO $2450....We are excited to present this ultra rare minty example of a early Polish Tokarev made by Radom in 1948. It has the desirable "FB" Radom logo on the top of the slide and has no import marks. It comes as a rig with a minty leather holster, cleaning rod, one matching-numbered magazine, and one extra period magazine. The Polish Tokarev was referred to as “Pistolet wz. 1933” in the Military manual of Polish-made pistol TT-33 published by Polish MOD in Warsaw, Poland in 1961. After the end of World War II, Poland fell under the influence of the Soviet Union, and their newly established socialist government aligned its armaments with that of the victorious Soviet Army. Poland began to manufacture TT pistols according to specifications and documentation supplied from the USSR. Pistols were made to the TT-33 pattern. In Poland, TT pistols were adopted as Pistolet wojskowy wzor 1933, or “Military pistol, model of 1933,” and the first pistols were made at the Radom plant. Polish wz. 1933 Tokarev pistols were manufactured from 1947 to 1959.If you collect Warsaw Pact pistols, this is one of the rarest variants to obtain. The gun has retained 99% of its high polish finish with just a hint of muzzle wear, some tiny scratches and handling marks here and there. Fitted with excellent period-correct "FB" marked black bakelite grips. Very nice, shiny bore with great rifling. For payment we will accept personal checks, money orders, certified check or cashiers’ check, all major credit cards. The “out the door price” includes credit card fees / shipping / insurance. Personal checks require 8 business days to clear the bank, all other forms of payment receive same day as received shipment. You are responsible for any state and local laws. By purchase of this item, you release the seller from any liability that may arise due to use or misuse of this firearm. If you are in the Middle Tennessee area, please visit us at “The Bunker” in Cookeville TN.
