Description:
An Early Civil War "Colt's Patent" Marked "Eley Bros." 100 Count Cap Tin In Fine Untouched Condition. All original and complete. The tin has an excellent label as shown in the photos. It Reads, "ELEY BROS. LD., MANUFACTURES, LONDON, 100 METAL-LINED CAPS' COLT'S PT, BELT & POCKET PISTOLS". These caps were for an "1849 Pocket" or "1851 Navy Revolver". The tin still retains most of its original brown lacquer on it. This Is A Fine & Untouched Example Of An Early Colt's Patent Marked 100 Count Cap Tin That Is Definitely Good Enough For A Fine Cased Colt 1849 Pocket Or 1851 Navy Revolver!
