This is a minty example of a Colt 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1945. It was restored and sold to the American public through the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). It comes with its original CMP Certificate of Authenticity, owners manual, CMP Pelican-style case, and one post-war magazine. The gun itself has retained nearly all of its finish with just some tiny scuffs and handling marks here and there. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Replaced barrel. The bore is mint.
