Description:
SPECIAL little Colt .41 3rd Model Thuer Derringer in overall great shape. Functions as it should, 2 1/2' barrel swivels as it should and is mounted strong. The rifling is very good with micro pitting but still shiny. Colt lettering and Caliber stamp very readable.
Serial number is #6810 out of the estimated 48,000 produced between 1875-1912. Unknown when made, more than likely during the 1880's, and definatly before 1899. Great little collector piece for any collector with
MOST of the original nickel present. Great display piece! Better investment than the dollar.
