Description:
This Steyr Mannlicher Model L is a right hand bolt action rifle with double triggers and is chambered in .243 Winchester with a 23.5" twisted barrel. The left of the barrel is marked "243 Win." The left side of the receiver is marked with the Steyr logo, "STEYR" in an oval with crosshairs and "STEYR-DAIMLER-PUCH A.G. STEYR MANNLICHER MOD. L." The right side of the receiver is marked "MADE IN AUSTRIA" behind the ejection port and in front has the serial number "34422", two proof marks and "72". The right of the barrel shank is marked with two proof marks and "72". The right of the barrel is marked "ONORMM3170STLF3". The bottom of the bolt handle is marked "72" and with two Austrian proofs. The sights are a standard hooded ramp blade foresight and dovetailed rear sight. The scope is a Burris 6X MINI. The scope has a few minor marks in the body. The stock is a one-piece skip-line checkered walnut with capped pistol grip, Monte Carlo comb with cheekpiece, sold rubber Steyr recoil pad and sling studs front and rear. The stock has no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. The rifle comes with one 5-round rotary magazine. .243 Winchester
