Description:
The Bean Cobb was a very successful handcuff patent because it was one of the first to offer a way for the handcuff to remain unlocked while in the Policeman's pocket or desk only locking when the lock retardation button was pushed allowing the handcuffs to be placed upon the criminal's hands and remain locked. This pair is in all original condition with about 25-30% of the original nickel finish and has all matching serial #41126 on one and #41136 on the other. The mechanical parts work smoothly and lock up correctly. These come with a key that functions in both locks. This is an early production set having only one link, H&R produced these in later productions with two links.
