Description:
The Ithaca Model 49 was made from 1961 to 1978, they were single shot lever action rifles (Martini style action) fitted with a 18 inch barrel, fake magazine tube, walnut forearm, walnut stock fitted with a black serrated plastic butt-plate, were blue/black finished, and chambered in either .22 LR. or .22 WMR.. This pre-1968 (no serial number) Model 49 is as described and is chambered in .22 LR. and is in fine original condition, retaining 98% blue on the barrel and magazine tube, and approximately 60% black finish on the lever and frame. The stock and forearm are in very fine condition, retaining most all of their original finishes, with assorted minor handling marks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and the action functuions perfectly. Sorry, no box or paper-work. CURIO & RELIC
