Description:
Serial #1072548, 20 GA (2 3/4" Chamber), 26 inch barrel with a Poly Choke Deluxe having an excellent bore. This is the Model 11 semi-automatic shotgun manufactured by Remington in 1946 featuring the classic "hump back" receiver with a total of 5 shots and the classic Poly Choke system. The metal surfaces retain about 85-90% of the original blue finish with scattered freckling toning to a plum-brown and grey on the high edges of the receiver. The stock and forearm are solid with areas of heavy finish loss with numerous small dings and contusions. The Remington hard rubber butt plate rates about excellent. Mechanically it functions properly. A classic upland "multi use" shotgun that would be a pleasure to hunt with. FFL or C&R;
