Description:
For your consideration, a Smith & Wesson .44 Hand Ejector, 2nd Model chambered in .44 Special. Built on a 5-screw, square butt N-frame, the 2nd model did away with the triple lock mechanism and ejector rod shroud of the original .44 Hand ejector. This example is of the Target model which features a pinned Patridge front and adjustable rear sight. Markings consist of "Smith & Wesson" and a small S&W Trademark logo at left, and ".44 S&W Special CTG" and "MADE IN U.S.A." at right. This piece dates to 1926. .44 S&W Special
