Description:
Spanish early M1893 Toledo, short, steel rivet handled bayonet. This bayonet is a fine example of an early production Artilleria Fabrica De Toledo bayonet for the 5 shot 7mm Mauser. The blade is in very fine condition with no nicks or blemishes. Cross guard is in fine shape and marked S 4217. The wooded handle is in great shape for the age and has the very early two steel rivet configuration. The scabbard is in fair to good condition with the steel having light surface rust and the leather showing some age and light cracks. Overall a fine example of Toledo craftsmanship.;
