Description:
This is an excellent example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. All matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with a very nice 1944-dated pebble grain holster, one numbered but mismatched magazine, and one post-war magazine. The gun itself has retained about 96% of its original finish with just minor wear around the muzzle and front edges of the slide. Some very light freckling along the barrel and on small spot on the left side of the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct bakelite grips. Very nice bore with great rifling. De-cocker is functional.
