This is a tangent sight-equipped, slotted pistol that has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, and slide. The metal retains about 60-70% of the original blue finish that has faded along the slide and forward portion of the frame. There is some further plum-brown freckling on the slide as well. The Belgian military proof stamps and other markings are still crisp and clear. The checkered walnut grips are in very good-near fine shape, with very little wear or flattening of the points. The pistol comes with a single correct magazine. This is a fine pre-Occupation High Power that looks great, and would make a fine addition to any World War II collection.
