Description:
AYA No. 4, 16 Gauge, Box Lock, 28" Barrels, with Leather Case. The stock has some curly figure near the receiver and is in very good condition. There is nice case coloring on the receiver. There is a blank brass oval on the bottom of the stock. A new Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad is installed but the original hard butt pad is included with original screws. There are some dings on the forearm and two tiny faint hair line cracks at the rear of the top tang. All the pictures I took doesn't show these faint tiny hair line cracks. They almost look like the natural grain of the wood in the pictures. The choke markings do not have the standard stars marks. Instead the right barrel is marked 6.2 and the left barrel is marked 15.7. So I do not know exactly what these choke numbers translate to choke names. I was told that the barrels are probably Imp Cyl and Modified but I am not sure. Gun works well. Comes with a leather Leg O' Mutton takedown shotgun hard case, a gun case luggage tag, a pair of Beretta VCI take down gun socks, and a pair of Traditions Wool Mop snap caps. The leather take down hard case has some amatuerish primitive repairs but all in all the case works well. Nice 16 Gauge side by side. Shipping from my local gun shop is $85.
