Description:
This rifle is in excellent condition. It is not "probably unfired" or "mostly unfired". It is unfired. There are a very few light handling marks from it being taken out and examined, and minor wear from the bolt and safety being moved. No rust. Comes with all the original accessories including cone flash hider still in packaging, a 30 round and a 10 round mag, sling, oil bottle, and manual. In the original box. One of the pictures shows it being stored in a yellow VCI rust prvention bag. The originall bag had a small tear, so I store it in that. The rifle is for sale locally and on another , so the may end at any time. *Please call between 8am and 8pm PST*
Make sure this rifle and the 30 round magazines are legal where you live. If the rifle is legal, but the 30 round mags aren't, I will ship it without the mags. No sales to states where I have to jump through extra hoops. You must choose an FFL that will accept a shipment from a private party with just a copy of ID. If your FFL can only accept from another FFL, it will be an additional $75 over purchase price and shipping. It is up to you to make sure that I get a copy of the FFL you want it sent to, hard copy or email. I will not track them down or try to make contact. Rifle is sold AS IS, no refunds or returns. Money orders or cashier's checks should be from a major bank ( Bof A, Wells Fargo, Chase, US Bank, etc). If they are from a smaller local bank, I will probably wait a little longer for them to clear. Shipping is a little high because I am on the west coast. If I have to send it across the country, it gets expensive. I do not have access to fedex and UPS hates guns, so it will ship USPS. I will consider shipping outside 48 states, but at your additional expense. I will insure it at your expense, if you request. The rifle will be well packaged with an outer box. I will contact you right after the if you win. I expect prompt contact and good communication. If I don't hear from you within 5 days, I won't hesitate to start the process to relist the rifle and file non-paying .
