Description:
Springfield Armory pre WWII 1903- Here is an excellent example of a pre WWII rifle manufactured at SA in 1935. The finish is outstanding with a few handling marks. The stock is most likely a depot repair replacement that the previous ownere steamed out any dents and gently refinished. The barrel is marked SA 4-42. This genuine piece of history also comes with a WWI bayonet that has been cut down and the tip finished in the saber style.
