Sidetrack Sports is thrilled to offer several rifles from the collection of legendary entertainer and country music hall of fame member, Mr. Hank Williams Jr.
This very fine example is the Model 1873 Rifle Serial# 110922A
Chambered in 38-40 Winchester Center Fire (WCF)
Mfg. 1883 so classified as an Anitque and will not need to ship throught an FFL dealer
24" Octagonal barrel with good bore and strong rifling, shows some roughness
Receiver & barrel retain a high percentage of their original bluing
The remaining bluing is still bright in most places, some having turned slightly brown
The barrel also retains a high percentage of its original bluing with some loss from wear marks
The wood is solid with excellent wood to metal fit and normal wear from use, plus it features a special order shotgun buttplate
This rifle has a 1/2 Mag or Button Mag
Buyer will receive original Factory Letter
This 1873 is a very nice Winchester with a high percentage of original finish and unique provenance, a great addition to any collection.
