Description:
This Model 70 dates to 1954 and is in good shape. It shows signs of use but was very well-maintained. It features a walnut stock with elevated comb, claw extractor, internal magazine, and hinged floor plate. It has open sights and is scope ready. No rust is detected. .30-06 Springfield

Chambers: $ rounds.
Metal Condition: Good. Most of the blue is a bit faded with wear showing along sharp edges and around the muzzle. There are a couple scrapes on the floor plate and also on top of the barrel.
Wood Condition: "Good. Most of the checkering is a bit flattened, and there are a few handling marks but in general it looks pretty good.
Bore Condition: "Shiny and bright, rifling is a little thin but good.
Barrels: 24-inch
Triggers: Factory trigger.
Stock Dimensions:
13-3/8 inch LOP.
Fore End: Checkered walnut.
Butt Pad: "Ventilated rubber, Pachmayr White Line recoil pad.
