Arisaka Type 99 Short Rifle. World War II Battle Rifle complete with "FULL MUM" and Aircraft Sights. Origiinal issue Leather Sling & Aircraft Sights. Matching numbers. Comes with Monopod and Dust cover. (Exact reproducton). Bayonet & Scabbard are wrapped in storage film with cosmoline/oil coating still on them. That's the way you will receive it. This is not a "LAST DITCH" manufactured rifle and was produced when quality was upmost and manufacturing standards were high. This is a great find for any Military Firearm collection. Rifle is in very good condition for what it has no doubt went through in it's life span. Could be fired with no problem, operates smoothly and bore is good as is all the metal. Stock has dings here and there but is solid with no cracks. Wood is all matching and I would think original to this rifle. Look at pictures, there are many of them and decide for yourself.
