Made with 19" Krupp Special Luftstahl brl. Ramp front sight with gold bead insert. Island express sight with folding leaf, vacant I" scope rings are scroll engraved.
Short length push feed action is fully engraved in deep relief oak leaf and acom patterns with matted background.
Deep relief foliate scrollwork extends in a 4 wedge over brl breech and across the entire bolt shroud.
A gold inlaid wood pigeon adorns the shroud.
Trigger guard is similarly engraved.
Gold plated double set trigger.
Floorplate depicts a Roe buck head in positive relief.
Mounted in oil finished dark European Walnut with relief carved oakleaf and acom panels at fore stock and grip area which matches action engraving. Hom forend tip and grip cap. European sling swivels. Monte Carlo checkpiece. A 1° band of oakleaf carving highlights the butt end of the stock before terminating in a thin brown recoil pad. WEIGHT: 6lbs. loz.
CONDITION: Excellent. Appears little used with only the slightest handling marks on the wood. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Mechanics are crisp. A beautiful offering made by Heym for Mauser 1969-1975.
