Description:
This is one of a pair of USFA SAA revolvers that I purchased and then had extensively customized by Tom Sargis of Bozeman Trail Arms. They are in near-new condition, .45 Colt x 5 1/2 inch revolvers that are essentially identical. Work done by Mr. Sargis includes case hardening of the frames, rust blue, extra fancy English walnut grips fitted, action jobs, cut forcing cones to 11 degrees, and reshaping of front sights for sighting in.They have seen very little use and have been well cared for. Condition is near perfect. I doubt that a finer fitted pair of USFA revolvers could be found. They have a very precise feel to the actions with good trigger pulls. While the serial numbers are not sequential, these belong together, so I would prefer that they both go to the same new owner.
